Aspen Real Estate and Snowmass Real Estate area is starting to really heat up this winter.
We are just entering March and have already seen over 7 homes sell for over $10M this year. And March is typically our strongest real estate sales month in the year for higher end homes.
In Aspen, over $50M in single family homes are under contract and three times as much volume, $155M has closed so far this winter. Condos under contract, dollar volume is up over 300% from last year. So, Aspen sales are up 130% this winter.
In Snowmass Village, seven homes have closed this winter already compared to just two at this time last year. This year so far sales are 50% more up to $22M over last year at this time and there are also another $20M under contract. So, Snowmass Village sales are up 56% this winter.
In Basalt, sales have tripled this winter over last year. $15M has closed this winter compared to just $4M last year at this time. Basalt sales are up 250% this winter.
