Glenwood Springs is located just 48 miles from Aspen and about an hour to Grand Junction going west and an hour to Vail going east. It is at the crossroads of all these communities and feeling the housing demand from all of them.

Lastly, Glenwood has its own ski area, Ski Sunlight, located 45 minutes up 4 mile canyon. Sunlight has added advanced terrain over the years and is marketed as a family ski resort. Glenwood Springs is growing up 4 mile canyon with many new housing developments. 4 mile canyon offers the best deals on land and houses in Glenwood Springs. It is difficult to find a nice home under $500K in Glenwood Springs. Cardiff Glenn developed by Village Homes and Ironbridge Homes may be your best option.
