Parking This two-story home also features 2 garage parking spaces plus room for 3 more cars in the driveway. Transportation For guests who don't want to drive to the slopes, they can get to the Snowmass base area via a low cost shuttle service run by High Mountain Taxi. It costs $1 per person per drive plus $2.50 cents tip. The only applicable destination is the Snowmass base area then back to the house, no stops or other locations. Location Snowmass Village and Snowmass Mountain are a 7 minute drive away, while Aspen is a 25 minute trip down the road. Travelers in search of a beautiful home in a quiet setting with convenient access to Snowmass amenities will love Stellar at Snowmass Village! Ski Access Walk 3-5 minutes to a neighborhood trail that leads to the Edy Out trail and ski down to the Elk Camp Gondola. Rental Agreement All reservations are required to have a signed rental agreement on file with Vail Butler in order to be considered confirmed. Rental agreements will be reviewed and signed digitally. Depending upon the booking channel on which you reserved, this agreement is likely to be shared in a follow up email. Check In Instructions: Check in instructions and/or a home guide will be sent to guests via a text message link 72 and 24 hours prior to arrival. Guests must ensure a valid cell phone number is on file. Otherwise, check in instructions will not be received. Nonrefundable Fees Please note the booking fee and credit card processing fee are non refundable and are due at the time of booking.
