The New Limelite Hotel at Snowmass Base Village is set to open next ski season.
It will have 9 unit penthouses that will be for sale. It is rumored that these will sell for over $2000 per sq. ft. Yes, it is almost like Aspen Colorado real estate but still less than half price for a similar product in Aspen. This is after all ski-in, ski-out and penthouses.
I have heard that they are ahead of schedule. The top floor offers great views of the ski area and surrounding areas.
It is exciting to finally have the Snowmass Base Village back on track with buildings go up again full force.
This is a real plus for Snowmass Capitol Peak Lodge which is right across the courtyard from the Limelite and offers condos at less than 1/2 the price of these new Limelite penthouses.
I do feel now is the time to seriously consider Snowmass Village real estate before all these places start appreciating further on up.
