These days with computers, it is easy to get online and book a place that has great photos and then be disappointed when realizing you did not get what was advertised to you. Now, some of those condos have been remodeled somewhat inside and out. However, they still are 40 years old and a lot of times the photos are only of the best parts of the rentals and complexes.

Steps from the New Base Village Mall with restaurants, shopping, and right between the new Elk Camp Gondola and Snowmass 6 person Chairlift. The units are located in Capitol Peak buildings or the Hayden building (which is the building that houses the Tree House kids center). The units all come new and furnished turnkey down to the silverware. Location, Location, and Location! Also, w/d in unit, parking space in parking garage, elevator right to unit, 2 large hot tubs (one in Hayden) , pool table (not in Hayden), and complete fitness area (not in Hayden). And ski storage lockers located on the Village level. The same level than both the Elk Camp Gondola and Six person Snowmass Village Express chair.
