Two Snowmass Homes For Sale Sold for Over Ten Million Dollars The Past Week

Two Snowmass homes for sale sold for over ten million dollars in the past week. The largest purchase ever reported for a slope side single family residence in Snowmass Village sold for sixteen million dollars. It comprises of an 8,812 sq. ft. home on 5.67 acres in the Snowmass Pines Subdivision in the Two Creeks area.
While these eight figure sales are nothing new to Aspen which has had over a handful of these closings already this year, this trend is now spilling over to Snowmass Village.
In 2010 a two property compound in Two Creeks sold for $18.5M but this consisted of two separate lots and two separate homes. We also have seen a Wildcat home with acreage sell for seventeen million seven hundred thousand this year but that is not ski-in, ski-out. A total of five homes have sold for $10M or more in 2011 to date in Snowmass Village.
